About
The John Paul II Center for Theology of the Body exists to ignite the hearts of men and women with Pope Saint John Paul II's masterwork, the Theology of the Body, forming a community that embraces the arduous journey of healing, the universal call to holiness, and the gift of our humanity. Ultimately, we envision generations of men and women becoming saints who live and proclaim the Good News of love, sex, marriage, and the body --- glorifying the Lord by their lives!

Founded in January 2006 by Bishop Thomas Olmsted and Fr. Charlie Goraieb, orignally as a department of the Diocese of Phoenix, the JPII Center for TOB is now an independent, tax exempt nonprofit organization. Formed by our core values (Faithfulness, Teamwork, and Service) and inspired by our guiding principles (Incarnation, Celebration, and Invitation) we equip adult leaders, form youth, and evangelize the culture through programs, events, and content that unwrap the healing and transformative gift of Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.
"We are not the sum of our weaknesses and failures, we are the sum of the Father's love for us and our real capacity to become the image of His Son Jesus."

-Pope St. John Paul II
